By enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in the Course — including any associated health coaching, mentorship, or community support — you agree to the following Terms of Use, Conditions, and Health Liability Waiver. Please read carefully before participating.
2. Purpose and Scope
This Course is designed to provide educational information, nervous system support, and trauma-informed coaching to assist individuals integrating after receiving the Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB).
The Course is for educational and wellness purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Participation does not create a therapist–client or healthcare provider–patient relationship.

4. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for your own health, safety, and results. You acknowledge that nervous system work, breathwork, and somatic practices may evoke emotional or physical sensations. You agree to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
Trauma healing can bring up uncomfortable emotions, sensations, or memories as the body and nervous system begin to process and release stored experiences. You understand that this is a normal part of the healing process and agree to move gently, seek support when needed, and reach out to a qualified professional if deeper issues arise. Your participation is a choice, and you are encouraged to honor your boundaries at all times.
By participating, you release Regenerative Birth and Beyond LLC, Big Boulders, LTD, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damages that may arise from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. No Guarantees
While the Course provides education and guidance, results depend on your personal effort, background, and individual circumstances. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Due to the digital nature of this offering, all sales are final and non-refundable. If enrolled in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, including text, video, audio, images, and workbooks, are the intellectual property of Regenerative Birth and Beyond, LLC and Big Boulders, LTD and are protected under copyright law.
You may use Course materials for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, modify, or distribute any portion of the Course without written consent.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared through the Course.
Likewise, you agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants. Sharing screenshots, session recordings, or personal information of other members is strictly prohibited.
9. Community Guidelines
This is a space built on safety, compassion, and respect. You agree to participate with integrity and kindness. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the Course or community without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regenerative Birth and Beyond LLC, and Big Boulders, LTD, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Course or Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regenerative Birth and Beyond LLC and Big Boulders, LTD and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your participation or misuse of the Course materials.
12. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Acknowledgment and Consent
By enrolling in or accessing this Course, you acknowledge that you have:
- Read, understood, and agreed to this Terms of Use, Conditions, and Health Liability Waiver;
- Assumed full responsibility for your participation;
- Released Regenerative Birth and Beyond, LLC and Big Boulders, LTD from any and all liability related to your participation; and
- Agreed to abide by all community and payment terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enroll in or access the Course.
